BatchIQ is operated by Kupriq, a Bellberry Estate Ltd company. You can take a copy of your records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.
Signed in, open Export Records in the menu. You can download any of these as CSV, over a date range if you want one:
This works for anyone with read access, including the Auditor role and including an account that has gone read-only because a trial or subscription lapsed. We do not withhold your own records over money.
For a complete export — every record type, not just the seven above — email hello@kupriq.com from the address on the account. You get back a zip of CSVs, one per record type, with a README explaining how the files reference each other.
A full export contains every supplier, every customer and every dispatch a business has — which is exactly what a departing employee would want, and exactly what the business would not want them to have. So a person checks that the request comes from somebody with authority to make it. A day's delay costs nothing next to handing a competitor a customer list.
Every full export is logged: who asked, when, and how much was included.
One thing it cannot include: the Documents register stores a link you pasted, never a copy of the file. The links come out in the export; whatever they point at is wherever you put it, and losing access to BatchIQ does not affect it.
You do not have to close your account to remove things from it. Signed in with the right permissions, you can delete individual records directly — open the record and use its delete action.
For anything you cannot remove yourself, or if you would rather we did it, email hello@kupriq.com describing what you want deleted. We confirm what will be removed before doing it, and act within 30 days.
Under a Food Control Plan, National Programme or RMP you are generally required to keep food safety records for years, and a verifier may ask for them. Deleting a batch, a dispatch or a temperature record removes it from your traceability chain and could leave a gap you are obliged to be able to fill. We will do it if you ask — but we would rather ask the question once than have you find out later.
There is no self-serve delete button in BatchIQ. Deleting a food producer's traceability records is not something we want to happen with one mis-click, so it goes through a person.
If you are one of several people on a company account and only want your own access removed, say so: an administrator on your account can remove you from the Team screen, which takes away your login without touching the company's records.
Closing a company account removes everything held for that company: products, recipes, ingredients, supplier lots, batches, bulk bins, pack runs, dispatches, customers, temperature units and readings, excursions, HACCP and CCP records, verification records, complaints, corrective actions, recall exercises and their contact lists, hazardous substances, equipment and incident records, staff, training and induction records, the document register, and the user accounts attached to it.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or keep a copy for our own purposes after deletion.
Nothing is deleted automatically. An expired account goes read-only, then shows a payment screen, and after around 60 days with no contact it is flagged for a person to look at. That flag deletes nothing — it means somebody gets in touch.
This is deliberate. Producers are required to keep these records for years, so purging them on a timer could destroy evidence somebody was obliged to hold, and "they stopped replying" is a poor defence for that.
Nothing to delete: the shared demo is wiped and rebuilt from scratch every night. Do not put real information into it.
