Talk to the person who builds it

There is no sales team and no call centre. BatchIQ is made by one small business in the Waikato, so a question about whether it fits your operation gets answered by somebody who actually knows.

Send a message

Opens a short form. It goes straight into our support system, so nothing gets lost in an inbox — and you get a reply by email. We are not sitting on live chat; expect an answer within a working day rather than within a minute.

Email instead
  • Say what you make and what you are trying to sort out. “We freeze-dry fruit for three wholesalers and our verifier wants a recall exercise” gets a far more useful answer than “please send information”.
  • Tell us if you already use something. We will say plainly if BatchIQ is not the better fit — it is a worse outcome for everyone if you switch and it turns out not to be.
  • We only use your details to reply. No mailing list, no third-party tracking on this site.

Email, if you would rather

hello@kupriq.com

Existing customers can also use support@kupriq.com, or the help button inside BatchIQ, which raises a ticket against your account.

Try it before you ask

Most questions are answered faster by the demo than by us. It has published credentials, no form, and is rebuilt nightly — there is nothing you can break.

Verifiers, consultants and trainers

If you advise food producers, say so and we will set you up with a read-only Auditor login, so you can look through a full account properly rather than over somebody’s shoulder during an audit.

Who you are dealing with

Kupriq — a small New Zealand software business in the Waikato. BatchIQ is one of its products, alongside SiteIQ for building crews and ServIQ for service and repair.

Priced in New Zealand dollars, built for New Zealand and Australian rules, and supported from the same timezone you work in.
